Simply email email@example.com with details of the issue with your product, your order number and contact details. Please note, no items will be accepted without a returns form.
FAULTY ITEMS: These must be returned to us within 28 days of receipt. Please request a returns form from us at firstname.lastname@example.org and send with the item to the address above, we do not accept any returns without an accompanying returns form. We will then send a replacement out to you if the product is found to be faulty. Refunds may also be issued in certain circumstances - please contact us for details. All products have a standard 1 year return to manufacturer warranty covering manufacture defect.
UNWANTED ITEMS: All refunds in this case are at the discretion of Powertraveller and must be agreed within 14 days of the product being received. If a refund is agreed, the item must be returned to us within 7 days of agreement being reached. Items must be in original packaging with all parts as supplied and be in a re-saleable condition. Powertraveller will not issue refunds for the postage.
POSTAGE: We accept no liability for items damaged during postage to us and we recommend that all items are returned via Recorded delivery as we will not be held responsible for goods not received.
If the item has been ordered incorrectly, found to be unsuitable or simply no longer required - the postage cost is the responsibility of the customer.
If the item is found to be faulty or a packing error has occurred - the postage for returning the item to us will be refunded if requested.
